Return Policy (USA)
We are happy to accept returns from customers in the United States. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your skateboard to request a return, no questions asked. (Return method: mail)

Return Conditions
The skateboard must be in its original condition—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
How to Make a Return?
Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the skateboard back to us.
Returns without a prior request or outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Skateboards: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective skateboard, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Personal Reasons: If you purchased the wrong size, wrong model, or simply changed your mind, we will also pay for the return shipping.
Damaged or Problematic Items
Please inspect your skateboard immediately after receiving it. If your skateboard is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Defective Products
If the skateboard you received has any defects, we offer two options:

Replacement: We will send you a new skateboard.
Full Refund: We will refund your purchase in full.
Simply email us at [email protected] to arrange the replacement or refund after we verify the defect.

Exchange Policy
If you want a different skateboard, size, or model, the fastest way to get the new item is to return the one you currently have and place a new order separately after the return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned skateboard, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
